According to the report, Stuttgart are aiming to secure Hutchinson on a season-long loan as they prepare for their first year back in the Champions League. Negotiations with Chelsea are well underway and the deal is expected to be completed soon. Last season, Hutchinson played a key role in Ipswich Town’s promotion to the Premier League, just a year after the club competed in the third tier of English football.
It should come as no surprise that Hutchinson is in high demand this summer, having scored ten goals and provided six assists while on loan at Portman Road.
